The cable is disconnected

In some rooms, the camera can be disconnected to make it easier to move. Check whether the entire cable is connected to the cabinet where the PC is located.

The cable has connection problems

In some rooms the camera has a spacer. Detach it and reattach it after a few seconds. The camera will automatically reconnect.

The slider is closed

In some rooms the camera has a slider. Slide it to the open position, so that the camera is no longer blocked.
