With the following steps you can share the image and sound from your laptop with the people in the room. This can be done in two ways. Do you want to use Zoom? Then see 'Share via Zoom meeting' for instructions.
Click the 'Delen' button.
Connect the USB-C cable to your laptop.
Don't have USB-C? The cable has an HDMI adapter that can be placed between the cable and your laptop.
The image and sound from your laptop are automatically presented on the image.
Share via Zoom meeting
Click the 'Delen' button.
Connect both the USB-C and USB-A cables to your laptop. These must both be connected so that the system's image, sound and microphone can be used.
Start the Zoom meeting you created with your own device or laptop, or create a new Zoom meeting.
In Zoom, click on the arrow next to Camera, and select the system camera.
In Zoom, click the arrow next to Microphone, and select the system microphone.
Test whether the sound works properly with Zoom's 'Test speaker & microphone' function.
And now you're ready to share your laptop's image with the people in the room, or via Zoom! Don't forget to put the microphones back on the charger after your meeting!
