There is a permanent PC in the Auditorium of the Main Building that can be used for presentations, meetings and more. All operations are performed with the control panel on the lectern. You can start the PC (and the system) with the steps below:
Press the 'Press to start' button (in the middle of the control panel).
Open the box of the lectern, the PC is located at the top.
Turn on the PC using the on button.
Once the control panel is ready, click 'On' at the top left (below the projector icon).
Once the projector has started up (approximately 1 minute), click on 'PC' under 'Source'.
Once the PC has started you can use it!
A few tips:
The volume can be adjusted with the volume buttons to the right of 'Source'.
Do you want to temporarily turn off the screen? This can be done using the 'Mute' button at 'Source', under PC and Laptop.
With the desktop PC, the cameras can be used for live streaming, recording and more.
Don't forget to turn off the system using the control panel and the PC using the PC's on/off button.
