You can connect your laptop for presentations in the Auditorium of the Main Building. The Auditorium cameras cannot be used with your own laptop - this is only possible with the fixed PC. All operations are performed with the control panel on the lectern. You can connect your laptop with the steps below.
Press the 'Press to start' button (in the middle of the control panel).
Once the control panel is ready, click 'On' at the top left (below the projector icon).
On the top of the lectern, next to the microphone, you will find an HDMI and USB-C cable. Connect the cable you want to use to your laptop.
Once the projector has started up (approximately 1 minute), click on 'Laptop' under 'Source'.
As soon as you see an image you can use it!
A few tips:
The volume can be adjusted with the volume buttons to the right of 'Source'.
Do you want to temporarily turn off the screen? This can be done using the 'Mute' button at 'Source', under PC and Laptop.
Do not forget to turn off the system using the control panel.
