If you do not hear any sound coming from the system, check the following:

1. Check that the sound is not muted in the computer settings.

2. Check whether the USB-C or USB-A cable is properly connected.

3. Check the sound settings: the source is "EasyIP Mixer", and should be selected in both Windows and the software that you are using as speaker, camera and microphone.
