This is a known issue and we are working on a fix, so it may take a long time for the PC to start up. Important: the PC is starting up, do not press the PC's power button repeatedly, as this will only hinder the process.

In the meantime, the alternative below is a possible solution:

Use escape key at startup

1. Hold the PC's power button for 10 seconds

2. Press the PC's power button for less than 1 second

3. Wait 10 seconds

4. Press the Escape key a few times

5. After a minute the PC will start as usual
