With the steps below you can use Zoom on two screens at the same time. For example, you can share a presentation on your left screen, while the right screen shows all participants. The advantage of this is that you can make the participants 'disappear' by minimizing (for example during a lecture), while they reappear during, for example, a question round.

Opening Zoom

1. Press the Windows Start button, and type in the word 'Zoom'.

2. Open the Zoom application. The icon looks like this.

Adjusting settings

1. Click on 'Sign in', followed by 'SSO'.

2. Enter 'vu-live' and log in with your VUweb account.

3. You are now logged in to the Zoom application. Click 'Open' if prompted.

4. Click on the gear icon in Zoom (top right).

5. Select the following settings:

   1. Use dual monitors: on

   2. Make full screen when starting a meeting: off

Now your settings are ready to use Zoom on two screens! You can now start your meeting as usual, or from the Zoom application. Don't forget to log out when you're done!
