To connect your laptop to this system, the DisplayLink driver must be installed. How you do this depends on your operating system:
Windows
Download the DisplayLink driver from this page and install it.
Restart your computer. After this, you can use the USB cable to connect your laptop.
Tip: are the screens upside down or in an undesirable way? You can rearrange these by opening Settings, going to Displays, and placing them here appropriately. More information can be found here.
macOS
Download the DisplayLink driver from this page and install it.
Restart your computer. Then go to System Settings.
Go to the Security and Privacy tab, followed by Privacy, followed by Accessibility.
Allow DisplayLinkUserAgent to create two displays.
Connect the USB cable. Once the steps have been completed correctly, you can use the cable to connect your laptop.
Please note: to use the displays, the DisplayLink driver must be enabled. You recognize this because an icon with two squares is visible in your menu bar. When you have shut off your laptop and want to use the system again, you are required to restart the program 'DisplayLink Manager'.
