When scheduling a Teams meeting in this hybrid meeting room, you will receive the following notification:
Your meeting request was declined.
You don't have permission to book this resource.
This room can be booked via the self-service portal.
The reservation system of Planon and the calendar function of Outlook are not linked to each other, so the meeting is automatically rejected by the Teams setup.
Alternative solution:
One option is to follow the steps below:
Start the Teams meeting from your own device
Press 'Participants' and search for the room (copy the exact name as shown on the screen)
A request to join will appear on the Teams lineup; accept this invitation.
As soon as at least one other participant is present, you can log out of the meeting on your own device.
