A standard education PC is available for the main function (hybrid) education and a standard MTR system is available for the main function (hybrid) meetings. Each function has its own camera position: front camera (under the 2 displays) or back camera (at the back of the room on the ceiling).

Switch between hybrid talk camera and education camera during a meeting

1. On the Teams control panel (right panel), click on the three dots followed by 'Bediening vergaderruimte'.

2. In the 'Camera Control' menu, select the desired camera under 'Camera'. You can choose between meetings and education.

3. The camera now changes its image! You can close this screen by clicking on the X in the top right.

Change the teaching camera position during a meeting

1. On the Teams control panel (right panel), click on the three dots followed by 'Bediening vergaderruimte'.

2. On the 'Camera control' screen, select the desired tracking function under 'Tracking Feature'.

   1. Auto Framing is the default choice. Please reset to this mode when finishing the meeting.

   2. Speaker Framing is automatic framing of the person speaking.

   3. Off is manual position. You can adjust the position with the digital joystick.

3. Camera set correctly? You can close this screen by clicking on the X in the top right.

Advanced: multiple cameras in one image during a meeting

1. On the Teams control panel (right panel), click on the three dots followed by 'Bediening vergaderruimte'.

2. In the menu bar on the left, choose 'Camera Layout'.

3. Choose from the desired layout, such as 'Fullscreen' and 'Division'.

4. Choose the desired course, and select which one you want to see in this window.

5. Is the image as desired? You can close this screen by clicking on the X in the top right.
