In the Auditorium of the Main Building it is possible to present both the PC and laptop on the screen at the same time. All operations are performed with the control panel on the lectern.
Press the 'Press to start' button (in the middle of the control panel).
Open the box of the lectern, the PC is located at the top.
Turn on the PC using the on button.
Connect your laptop with the HDMI or USB-C cable.
Once the control panel is ready, click 'On' at the top left (below the projector icon).
Once the projector has started up (approximately 1 minute), click 'Dual Screen' at the top of the control panel.
The buttons allow you to select which source you want to have on the left and right side of the screen. Please note: only the left image is presented on the view monitors.
A few tips:
The volume can be adjusted with the volume buttons to the right of 'Source'.
Do you want to temporarily turn off the screen? This can be done using the 'Mute' button at 'Source'.
With the fixed PC, the cameras can be used for live streaming, recording and more.
Don't forget to turn off the system using the control panel and the PC using the PC's on/off button.
