Starting a scheduled Teams Meeting is very simple and goes like this:

1.  Your meeting is listed on the left side of the control panel

2. Click on 'Join' and wait a few seconds

3. The Meeting is ready and ready to use!

During the meeting, all control buttons (such as volume up/down and mute the microphone) are visible on the control panel.

Note: unfortunately, it is not possible to plan a Teams Meeting in the Forum rooms, Salutem rooms, and the meeting systems in NU-02AXX. For starting a meeting here, see the following instruction.
